Some desserts and treats are complicated and some are not. When I am dealing with recipes and crafty crap, I am definitely a minimal effort for MAXIMUM results kinda chick. Well, I just described the technical side of the marshmallow pops, so let’s get to the deliciousness!

Marshmallow Sparkler Pops
There are two ingredients that make this marshmallow pop into a sparkler and a fun treat for anyone to eat. You don’t need much to make them. Here is what I used:
- 6 regular marshmallows
- 1 cup of Cool Whip
- 1 package of red Pop Rocks
- 1 red Pixie Stick
- 1 package of blue Pop Rocks
- 1 blue Pixie Stick
- 3 paper straws, cut in half

How do you make these puffy pops sparkle?
Please, allow me to explain these easy 5 steps, that should only take you a few minutes to complete! This is also a fun recipe for kids, to not only eat, but make it themselves!
Step 1. Insert straw into marshmallow.

Step 2. Dunk and twist marshmallow pop into Cool Whip.
Step 3. Place, standing, on a foil lined baking sheet.

Step 4. Sprinkle an insane amount of sugary, pop rockin’ goodness onto them.

Here’s where the magic happens, can you freeze marshmallow pops?
Yes, yes you can. You will place into the freezer for 15-20 minutes and when they come out, they are ready to serve!

The Cool Whip is like soft serve ice cream, the marshmallow is slightly frozen and the Pop Rocks are sparkling in this magical culmination that is, a Marshmallow Sparkler Pop!
